CCHC is open and here in the community to help meet the health care needs of you and your family during these difficult times. We are now offering appointment only coronavirus drive-thru testing on the southside of Chicago and southern suburbs.

• Get tested without leaving your car
• Testing is easy and a quick process
• Test provided by our knowledgeable medical providers and team
• Bi-lingual testing services available
• You also have access to a variety of our health and supportive services offered by CCHC including maternal and child health, men’s health, prenatal care, dentistry, behavioral health, substance use, HIV, Hepatitis C, housing, shelter services and more!

• Days/Times: Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-3pm
• Locations: 9718 S. Halsted Street, Chicago, IL 60628 (Testing at our Chicago Location starting 4/21/20!) 901 E. Sibley Boulevard, South Holland, IL. 60473 (Testing at our South Holland Location starting 4/22/20!)
• Scheduling: To better serve you, you must call to schedule an appointment time for testing. Please call 773-233-4100.
