Christian Community Health Center partnered with Community Pharmacy pharmacists and specialists. Located at the Chicago Clinic on 97th and Halsted Street, Community Pharmacy is a local pharmacy where medications are stored, prepared and sold to local patients. Community Pharmacy works with your doctors, nurses, and medical staff to help patients/customers navigate the process of receiving their prescriptions, any insurance process, and billing information. As a federally qualified community health center, Memphis Health Center is able to offer our patients discounted prescriptions under the 340B Drug Program through our onsite pharmacy.
