ON-SITE LAB SERVICES

On-Site Lab Services

Christian Community Health Center partnered with LabCorp in 2012 to provide clinical laboratory testing and diagnostic services. LabCorp offers reliable laboratory data through a laboratory-specific quality management program. An on-site lab is located at all three Christian Community Health Center clinics.

We provide clinical laboratory services to adolescents and adults of all ages; on-site laboratory diagnostic services include:

  • Blood Tests
  • Urine Samples

CCHC receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals. We have achieved NCQA Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home recognition at all three clinic sites. We are IDHS-SUPR licensed to provide Level 1 and 2 outpatient substance use treatment services.
