The Affordable Care Act (ACA) created health insurance affordability programs to help individuals and families access and pay for medical insurance coverage as well as eliminate barriers to coverage. Individuals and families, including people with special health care needs, pre-existing conditions, low-income childless adults, seniors, young adults, and self-employed individuals have a path to health care insurance.
To reduce the number of uninsured individuals in our communities, CCHC actively assists in enrolling patients into the insurance marketplace.
Our certified Insurance Marketplace and Public Benefits Enrollment specialists are available year-round to serve you, answer any of your questions, and help enroll you in the insurance marketplace. For your convenience, they can serve you in both English and Spanish.
Our Insurance Enrollment Assistance services are free for CCHC patients!
