PREVENTION TEAM

Talk To Us

The HIV Prevention Team offeres education and linkage to resources to support patient sexual health. Patients can meet with a Prevention Specialist to ask questions about thier sexual health and habits, get access to medicines, and get free protection. Consultation is ALWAYS CONFIDENTIAL.

CCHC Prevention Specialists will listen to and work with patients in a respectful and confidential manner to ensure thier comfort and safety.

Prevention services include:

    • STI Education & Prevention
    • HIV Testing & Counseling
    • PrEP Education & Prescription
    • Condom Distribution
