May is Mental Health Awareness Month. It’s important during this time to stay connected with family and friends through telephone or online. The outbreak of Coronavirus can be stressful and overwhelming. Please know that you are not alone and CCHC is here to help you cope with life and any feelings of social isolation. One of our care team members can speak with you about your emotional well-being and help support you to deal with any negative feelings during this pandemic.
