March Is Colon Cancer Awareness Month

March is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. According to American Cancer Society, Colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer related deaths in the United States. In 2020, an estimated 104,610 adults in the United States will be diagnosed with colorectal cancer (CRC) with an estimated 53,200 deaths. However, if colorectal cancer is found early enough, it can often be treated and cured. Please see the following resources around colorectal cancer prevention and awareness:
