We know that COVID-19 is causing concern around the country. We want to assure you that CCHC has been monitoring the situation very closely and making all preparations recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and state and local health officials. We remain open and stand ready to serve!
If you believe you have symptoms of the virus or have been exposed to someone who has been confirmed with the virus, please CALL our health center at 773.233.4100. PLEASE DO NOT WALK INTO THE HEALTH CENTER WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. PLEASE CALL FIRST.
Please continue to take precaution and remember to follow these critical measures to help prevent the spread of the virus:
· Staying home when sick,
· Cover coughs and sneezes,
· Wash hands frequently,
· Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects routinely, and
· Practice social isolation as much as possible.
