CCHC acknowledges World Aids Day. CCHC has been providing Ryan White services for over 25 years, having first received Ryan White funding from the City of Chicago to provide primary health care services for people living with HIV/AIDS in 1994. Over the last five years of our intervention, CCHC tested 2,891 high risk individuals, identified 90 HIV positive individuals and successfully linked 60% to care.
